Coming to the end of this story. In 1997 Tecator was acquired by Foss. At that time rather few instruments based on FIA were produced and marketed. Existing in-house FIA knowledge at Tecator was utilized for other projects or just dismissed. All this has left a bitter taste in everyone's mouth.
Disclaimer: the major part of this Bifok story took place 25-35 years ago. This means that my memory regarding exact dates, persons and events sometimes fails. And if someone feels insulted: please accept my sincere apology.
